Location, schedule and access
Bib-chip and official T-shirt pickup will take place exclusively at the Runner’s Expo (Distrito Telefónica. Zona de la Ronda. Avda. Ronda de la Comunicación, s/n. Edificio Servicios, planta 1. Madrid) on Thursday, March 19 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Friday 20 and Saturday 21 March from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Expo is located in the Services Building of Distrito Telefónica, on the first floor, just 300 meters from the Ronda de la Comunicación station on Metro line 10. In addition, EMT bus line 172 has a stop within the Telefónica facilities. There is also a free parking area with a large number of spaces next to the expo.
Access to the Expo is via the stairs in front of the Metro entrance, then turn left and walk about 50 m until reaching the entrance.
What do I need?
Your ID together with the confirmation email sent from the registration platform when completing the registration. If you have not received the email, check your registration and download your receipt at the following link:
T-shirt and chip pickup
The T-shirt will be handed out once the bib has been collected. Sizes will be delivered strictly in order of bib pickup. The chip is attached to the back of the bib, is disposable and cannot be removed or tampered with in any way.
Bib pickup by another person
Another person may collect the bib on behalf of the runner, as long as they bring a signed authorization from the registered runner plus a photocopy of their ID.
Important: The documents to be presented to the organization (registration receipt, authorization for bib pickup and photocopy of ID) may be shown on a mobile device; printing them is not necessary.
